Embassy Suites by Hilton Oahu Kapolei

Stayed here our 2nd half of our trip in Oahu Hawaii and im glad we did. Everything from our room, the service, the pool, breakfast buffet but my absolute favorite was the lovely ladies working in the front desk. They were kind and very welcoming.

Recently we had a six-night stay at this Embassy Inn and it was a postive experience. For our purposes, it was located near our family, which was the purpose of our visit. Likewise, given its location, it was easy to travel via our vehicle to several places on Oahu. The hotel front desk staff were helpful, and the staff at breakfast and the evening reception were welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-organized. However, on two occasions when we returned to the room for a late-afternoon refresh around 530, our room had not been made. The housekeeping staff arrived late, and instead of having the room cleaned, we just asked for clean towels, to have the trash emptied, and to have the morning coffee refreshed. They were apologetic, and we understand there might be staffing challenges for the innkeeper. One thing to note about this hotel is that there is a $40-per-day parking fee. Fortunately, there is safe street parking, and we never had a problem finding a spot. When we revisit our family, we will stay here again.

Great hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms and two very good restaurants to eat at all for a reasonable price. Shout out to Asia for checking me in so quickly and be very informative about the property and its amenities. Pros: Price is definitely a plus. The rooms were very clean. There are two restaurants on the property one is pretty standard(burgers, tacos, fries, etc) and the other is a Japanese restaurant. Both are very good. And not in a super touristy location. The breakfast included in your stay is very good, shout out to Roxy for the top notch omelets. Also something I've never seen before is the room came with complimentary drinks during happy hour so that was nice. Cons: The pool is very small. However it is a nice pool with a hot tub. The down side is that this seems to be a hotel that the locals use for weekend getaways. With that being said one family will get a room and the rest of the very large family will visit them and take up the entire pool area. So if you are looking for a relaxing day by the pool there is a good chance you won't find a spot. Book during the work week if the pool is a must for you. General Observations: Not close to waikiki, not a bad thing but if you plan on doing a lot Waikiki stuff it could be inconvenient. Close to wet and wild water park and coral crater adventure park. Overall I would stay again.

Excellent breakfast and housekeeping service.I like the juicy omelette very much. The evening reception is also unmissable, chips with ranch are so delicious. Front desk provides standard service being helpful, it would be better if they could tailor to the needs of guests and answer questions with consistency e.g whether there is a promotional code for internet access. AC in the room doesn’t work well, staying in room over the night is cold.

Good hotel. Love the free drinks at night and free continemtal breakfast. Rooms were nice and spaciois. Raylina at Front Desk was a big help and very friendly. Asia Kitty from Front Desk is okay and not as accomadating as other Front Desk so I give the service a 4 stars. But everything else is 5 stars.

Nice quiet location. High-quality free breakfast. Rooms were quite nice. (Although we would have liked more room to walk around the beds.) The evening reception was nice. We enjoyed the cocktails.

I stayed for seven nights and overall the experience was pleasant. Breakfast was really good, specially the fresh omelets. Staff are overall pretty helpful and pleasant. The only problem that I had was with housekeeping, not replacing the bed sheet. We had some cough medicine spill (red color) and I left the sheet visible for the person to replace. Three days pass by and the person never relaced the sheet. I had to call Front Desk in order for them to replace the sheet. Parking can be expensive per night, however, you can park your vehicle in the street if you find a parking spot. The hotel is very comfortable and location is very good as well. You must bring your own fire sticker, if you want to watch Netflix or other Movie Apps. They only have cable TV. Overall, I recommend anyone to stay there.

The location is a little quiet, some walkable nearby parks and stores (there is a Starbucks 4 min walk away) but the included breakfast was actually quite good and all the staff have been filled with smiles and friendly helpfulness. A couple free drink tickets and snacks in the evening was also a welcome surprise. The rooms were comfortable and the gym, pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and convenient, the launder room was also an unexpected and welcome surprise! Parking is the only thing their gated lot is $40 (kama’aina get half off) after 8 hrs so utilize the plentiful street parking if you have a a car. Will definitely stay here again when needed. Price reflects amenities.
